An alumni panel focused on rotational and leadership development programs, featuring alumni who are 2–5 years into their programs and can speak to long-term career development and post-rotation outcomes.

Panelists represent a range of industries including consumer goods, healthcare, industrials, financial services, and technology. Topics include: what differentiated their candidacy, what to expect across rotations, and how LDP experience positions you for senior roles. Networking reception follows.

Who Should Attend: Second- and third-year students actively recruiting for LDP/MDP roles; students who want to understand long-term career trajectories out of rotational programs.

Join us for a visit to the Prolink Chicago office! Prolink is a healthcare staffing agency with internship and full-time opportunities in recruiting, corporate finance, corporate strategy, and more!

The visit is expected to include an office tour, a presentation about Prolink and the roles available, as well as an overview of recruiting and application timelines.

This is a great opportunity for students who are looking for internships and full-time opportunities in the corporate world or who are interested in learning more about corporate roles more broadly.

Work as a team to address a mock corporate strategy issue! This case will require you to think through issues that corporate leaders encounter regularly. You will receive a prompt ahead of time and have the opportunity to present a recommendation.

Summer Corporate Recruiting Roadmap – Summer 2028 Planning

An early-planning session for students beginning to think about Summer 2028 corporate internship recruiting, designed primarily for current first- and second-year students.

Career Advancement advisors will lay out the full Summer 2027 recruiting calendar across major corporate functions (LDPs, corporate finance, strategy, operations, analytics, HR), explain which timelines to prioritize, and walk through what strong candidacy looks like at each stage. Students leave with a personalized recruiting calendar and a clear action plan for the summer and early Fall.

Students who attend this event tend to be better positioned when recruiting opens in the Fall.

Who Should Attend: First- and second-year students planning for Summer 2028 internships; any student wanting to understand the full corporate recruiting landscape before the next cycle begins.

Corporate Networking Night

Network with employers across a variety of industries and functions, including corporate strategy, corporate finance, HR, and marketing. Participants will be placed in small groups based on area of interest and will rotate to network with a different employer every 15 minutes to provide structure.

Site Visit: Corporate Rotational Leadership Program

An exclusive half-day site visit to a company with a structured rotational leadership development program open to UChicago students. Students will meet with program participants, HR recruiting staff, and senior leaders to learn about the LDP/MDP experience firsthand.

The visit includes a program overview, an office tour, a Q&A panel with current program participants, and 1:1 networking time with UChicago alumni in the program. Scheduled at end of Spring quarter so students return in Fall with a direct connection to the recruiting team.
