We can assist you with virtual, hybrid, or in-person roles, and our programs can integrate seamlessly with with your organization's internship and recruiting strategy.
Introduce an Employer
Know a friend or colleague who's hiring? Introduce them to Career Advancement and help students get access to new employers! We welcome referrals to organizations in any industry or geographic location.
Host a Student Visit
Career Advancement leads career trips with curated company site visits across the U.S. and around the world for groups of ~25 highly engaged UChicago students.
Hosting one of these visits is an opportunity to showcase your culture, highlight career pathways, and build relationships with exceptional future talent.
Career Exploration Week (CEW) trips for incoming first-year students take place annually in early September
Career Treks for all class years take place during academic breaks.

Plan a Reception
Host a special event that showcases everything your city has to offer! Career Treks and Career Exploration Week programs typically include a networking reception where students can meet local UChicago alumni, parents, and employers. We invite alumni partners to sponsor these events and host them in their homes or at a local venue of their choice.
Host a Job Shadow
Help students experience a "day in the life" of your career field! Open your doors to exceptional UChicago students through flexible job shadow experiences that inspire career exploration and foster meaningful connections. Students are matched with industry professionals to get a first-hand look at what a career in their field of interest looks like. These can be remote or in-person.

Speak at an Event
Share your experience, expertise, and professional insights with UChicago undergraduate students. Speak at an event on-campus, virtually, or at off-campus programs.
Judge a Competition
Throughout the year, UChicago offers career competitions where students team up to solve a business, policy, or technical challenge. Judges evaluate student proposals and provide feedback on students' ideas and communication skills.
Mentor Students
Answer questions and share advice with students interested in your industry or organization.
