The 2026 Forum will precede the Q2B x Chicago Quantum Summit.

Engineering Fellows
Application Opens September 28, 2026
The Engineering Fellows program is a selective program for students who have a strong interest in pursuing research, graduate school, or an industry career in an engineering field. Fellows have access to small group mentorship led by upperclassmen and exclusive opportunities including networking opportunities with engineering employers, local day treks, and faculty-led career sessions. The program welcomes students interested in all types of engineering and is open to first- and second-years as well as transfer students. Students planning to complete a major or minor in molecular engineering are eligible to apply.
Global Quantum Cohort

The Germany Quantum Fellows Program offers UChicago undergraduate students the opportunity to spend the summer gaining real world experience in one of the world's biggest quantum hubs! Selected students will be matched with prominent quantum employers throughout Germany such as Qoro, QuantumDiamonds, and Peak Quantum for a 10-week long internship experience. Opportunities will range from technical roles, such as software development, to business strategy. Students of all backgrounds with an interest in quantum should feel welcome to apply! No prior quantum work experience is necessary.
