Primary Application

Experiences

Similar to a resume you’d provide for a standard job application, but with more room for detail and reflection and a special focus on dental shadowing, dental experience, research and volunteering.

Letters of Evaluation

Personal Statement

Your personal statement allow you to explain why you pursued the experiences you have, and what they have taught you about your interest, values, and goals in dentistry.

Test Scores

All dental schools require the DAT. We recommend that you complete the test by June of the year you are applying.
