  • BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference for juniors / third-year students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. or Canada and graduating between December 2026 and July 2027. This half-day conference is designed to show how women can become leaders in consulting and in the global business community. Through engaging panels and skill-building sessions, attendees will deepen their understanding of BCG’s work and culture while developing practical tools to navigate the recruiting process and succeed as a future consultant. Even if you joined BCG Advance last year, you are encouraged to sign up again! This year’s program will feature new content, expanded insights into the firm, and additional opportunities to strengthen your skills and connections!
