Arts & Humanities Career Courses

This four-part series teaches you to use AI to create generative and interactive art. We’ll use netnet.studio, a custom open-source platform dedicated to reclaiming the web as a hand-crafted space for expression. While no prior coding experience is required, curiosity is essential and some familiarity is helpful. This workshop isn't about letting AI write for you, but about leveraging it to accelerate your learning and expand your creative possibilities. We'll incorporate AI as part of an experimental practice, ensuring this tech serves your vision rather than subconsciously dictating it. By the end, you will have built and published an interactive artwork that integrates AI both in its creation and as an integrated component of the work itself.

Generative AI & Motion Graphics

A design-forward workshop-based course that takes students from the fundamentals of motion design and vector animation into AI-assisted generation and automation for lyric videos, product explainers, branded motion content, and beyond. Students in this course will direct, iterate, and integrate creative outputs into emerging production pipelines, producing portfolio-ready works.

This course will be offered in Winter 2027. Registration opens on November 2.

Agentic AI & Creative Systems

AI is moving fast and not all outputs are good. This workshop-based class focuses on creative direction inside AI systems: how to shape, steer, and build the tools that build the work. In this class, students will work with AI agents, design instruction sets and automations, and develop personal creative systems for generating and evaluating media.

This course will be offered in Spring 2027. Registration opens February 22.
