Trek Logistics & Costs

Student Costs

Students are responsible for the following trek costs:

  • Airfare to and from the trek destination

  • Transportation to and from airports

  • Lunches and dinners

  • A program fee between $150-$550 depending on trek destination and length: these fees are used for the group's hotel accommodations and transportation between visits; Career Advancement will book the hotel and arrange ground transportation for all employer visits and any group events

Program Fees

Domestic Treks:

  • 1.5 Days: $150

  • 2 or 2.5 Days: $300

International Treks:

  • 2 or 2.5 Days: $300

  • 3 Days: $450

  • 4+ Days: $550

Financial Assistance

  • Financial assistance is available for eligible students, including Odyssey Scholars and those receiving University aid.

  • Students can indicate their interest in applying for assistance in the trek application form.

  • Students are eligible to receive travel assistance and a waived program fee for up to one domestic trek and one international trek during their time in the College.

  • This limit includes any treks previously attended with travel assistance.

  • Students are welcome to participate in additional treks beyond this limit; however, they will be responsible for covering the full program fee and all associated travel costs for any additional programs.
